How do you deal with someone that has such an extreme fear of poop?

well, you certainly don't want to scare the you know what out of them. all though they just might be 'full of it".if you know what I mean..
Is it yourself that has the problem or someone you know? Maybe you/your friend could try to cover up the smell of it and don't look at it at all. And if you do just put your mind on something different. lol I can't really help you much, try to specify in more detail.
