4 white dots in between the sulcus of the penis?

ive always been curious about these 4 white dots on my penis, there not on the bell but to better understand were they are, they are on the back of the penis, just below the bell, and there not on the head, the 4 white dots are exactly parallele with each other, if you saw them you would have thought id been pierced there 2 times and had a stud put in it, but no ive never had any piercings on my body except my navel and my ears, another side note ive never had sex period, im still a virgin, please help me figure out what the white dots are please

If I understand your description, then most likely they are just benign growths near your frenulum.

And rather than posting pics, just talk to your family doc!
when the good lord made you he hung you out to dry. Those are the scars made by the clamp he used. They usually vanish after birth but I guess yours didn't.
