I am very clean, I used baby powder, preparation h and neosporin but the itch doesn't go. do you have any suggestin? thanks
Answers:
Yes, antibiotics cause yeast infections in both vaginal and anal orifices because it kills all the good bacteria, causing yeast to run amok.
It's recommended to take acidopholis (sp?) pills everyday while on antibiotics and it's not a bad idea to take it anyway.
Eating cultured yogurt helps also, you must eat one every day.
I don't know if it's too late for that, you may have to get medication from the doc, but try the yogurt and get some acidopholis at your local health store. it should be in the refrigerated section.
