There is no time limit for that,when I feel it and have time.

About 10 times a day. Why?
Once or twice a day, take a rest for the next day.
on the weekend, 20-30 times a day. During the work week, maybe 10-15 times a day.
These days, it's about once every 2 or 3 days only, but often twice on that very day.
