I was told at 14 turning 15 it is ok to masturbate, what is that and what do I do that to/with (told ya' it was stupid =( and please don't judge me or think im stupid)

You know when you're in the shower, and you soap your penis up. Then you spend a little longer cleaning it, than you really need to. That's masturbating.
Masturbation is just pleasuring your own gentials (all by your self...not with a buddy) It's okay as long as it doesn't become an addictive problem and doesn't become your sole focus. Also you need to do it in privacy NOT in a public place or anyplace where people might see you. no question is stupid unless you think otherwise. Masturbating is by holding your erected penis making the up and down movement. Be careful not to hold too tight or thrust too fast to prevent hurt your skin.

There is some good advice. But here is what you really need to know. Find a private place where you will not be interrupted for about 30 minutes. It is really nice if you can get naked and lay on your back. This may mean you will have to wait till bed time after everyone is asleep. If you use the bathroom lock the door and take your pants down and sit on the john. Now reach down to your penis with your hand and using your thumb and first two fingers shake your penis and move the skin up and down until it gets hard. Now with an erect penis grab hold with your thumb and two fingers just hard enough to move the skin up and down your penis. The penis skin is very loose and will move easily. You do not have to hold really hard just firm and you can move up and down the shaft as fast or slow as you want. After a few minutes you should get really good feelings then you will get an urge that feels like peeing but you won't just keep going a little faster. Now if you are young you may not shoot semen out of your penis. If you are 13 or 14 don't be scared if you shoot semen. It is clear or a little white, warm, and sticky. The first few times it will be about a tablespoon worth. Your muscles should contract, your penis will contract, and it will feel wonderful. Do this as often as you want. Masturbation is okay, not harmful in anyway, and is not wrong or a sin. Just remember keep it private and personal.
