Need help planning help creating a upper body weight program?
I have been a long distance runner for the past 4 years or so and it has just gotten to the point where I am a stick. I mean I do have upper body strength and the muscle I have it toned but the muscles aren't big. I always get the joke about being a twig. This is my first year at college and I now have access regularly to a weight room and I am no longer running competitively so I do not to be so thin.
I was hoping someone would be willing to help me create some type of program to build my upper body strength. If you need extra info, I can provide it. Even if you can just point me in the direction of some useful info I would appericate it.
Thanks for any help you can give.

First off, you need to make sure that you're eating correctly. Eat, Eat, and Eat some more. Best bet is to have like 6 small-med size meals a day. And for the work out itself, everyone has a different way that they want to workout. You could check out this site and see if this helps any. Hope this helps you out.
