I have colon pain, Should i stop eating meat and bread even if i still have colon pain?
i have hemorroids/anal fissure. I bleed sometimes when i go to bathroom, and i get strong colon pains at times when i'm not even in bathroom and don't feel like going. But some say that you should stop eating foods that can irritate you. However i don't feel it has to do with that, i have pain whether i eat meat or i eat veggies. so, should i continue eating meat and bread and is it ok?
