I've been working out for quite a long time, and mine measure just over 17" cold. I read on a kinsey study conducted about 20 years ago that the average upper arm size for North American men was 13 inches around. This has probably increased somewhat because our society is getting fatter, and at the same time more people are lifting weights.
16 inch bicepts , is that only measurement you need
