CIRCUMCISION IS NOT THE ANSWER!
I have explained this situation many times now and it is getting tiresome talking about it again..

All the best!
Though I am not Uncircumsised I believe any difficulties in this region should be diagnosed and treated.
I personaly know that infections can occur there that will inhibit and or destroy the proper function of the member and you should seriously undergo the prospect of illiminating the possibility of those problems through circumscision.
Circumcision is primarily done for ease in your hygienic practices. It is usually performed soon after birth because the growing kid or adult will find it painful to go through and may not opt for it.
For hygiene and other activities, you actually have to retract the foreskin either to clean the area well or perform an activity and you have to pull the foreskin back to place afterwards. There shouldn't be any difficulty in retracting the foreskin. If so, see a doctor.
it is not a problem at all. but don't go for circumcision. better take your dad for consulting urologist and have the "foreskin widening process" (sorry, forgotten the technical name for it). it is a very minor surgical process.
