Whats the best way for me to loose weight soon?

I am a 27 year old man. I am 6ft. and I weight about 225lbs. about 30 lbs more than what I want to weigh. What is the best and healthiest way for me to lose weight quick? I am trying to make a lifestyle change. I just quit smoking and drinking. What type of workout regime should I go on? What foods should I consume?How many and how much of what,were and when? Good for you bro. I am a 25 year old man, nearly 26. About your height slightly less tall and I weigh about 222 pounds. I want to lose about 50 pounds but I also wanna get fit n muscely and would like to know about this to. I'm pretty lazy and I over eat coz of depression. Dont smoke or drink though and havent for years.
