I don't know if ALL do, but I'm sure that it is a common trait. Feeling inferior in size is probably one of the many things that make them feel inadequate to adult lovers. Children are innocents that don't know or feel the need to point out another persons differences, and they usually don't know that it's small due to their innocence. Just talking about ped's makes me feel creepy, so I'm bailing on this answer.
