The effects of caffeine on the body are a heated debate. It is generally accepted that too much caffeine is bad, though no one has established what amount is "too much." I have read no arguable evidence against a cup of coffee per day: Some say it's beneficial; others have said it doesn't hurt anything. The concern about concentrated energy drinks is that they are packed with caffeine. Consuming one of those per day is probably not a good idea.
caffiene pills are cheaper $2.00 a bottle
know someone who is hooked on energy drinks
They have becoma a raving lunatic on them, all amped up , all the time.Very addicting.
And there blood presure is a weee bit too high.
Dude's got a good point, your dropping $2.00+ for a bottle of the stuff and that's going to add up - fast.
A wingman of mine slams one down every morning before his flight, and he swears it wakes him up much better then coffee or anything else. The funny thing is that I see him crashed out on his couch - everyday - a few hours later. Is it the stress of the flight? Maybe. Does hitting your system with all that artificial sweetness and chemicals do a body good? Psych.
Give water another look bro, it's what your body needs more of anyway. Take it easy out there!
No, lots of caffaine can mess your body up
I had one EVERYDAY before school last year. Right before I would start a class. I don't need them now, summer and all. I did forget to grab one sometimes and I could defiantly tell halfway through the day. Eyes would get heavier and felt tired, sometimes headaches if I didn't have one. Nothing major, it gave me an extra jump in my step but after a while, it was like water, no affect. I don't recommend it unless you need an extra kick. Keep in mind it'll set you back a pretty penny, too.
