I'm having some real problems?

My buttocks have been hurting me for about 2 days . It's a burning sensation whenever I do anythin . It seems as if there's a medium size bump in my buttocks . I dont know has anybody ever been thru it before . I dont know if it's because I was wearing xtra amount of clothes and I was sweating like hell down there . But can someone please get back to me on this one . No I dont do nothing with down there . When I go for number 2 , I usually go straight to my shower so I dont understand . AND I'M NOT GAY , so I really dont understand , I cant do nothing , I want to see my girl but now I cant cause of this pain .

go see a doctor it could be a hemroid or a boil or some thing else only a doctor will know for sure

It sounds like hemorrhoids, if you are talking about around the anus. If it is somewhere else on your buttocks it may be a boil. Please specify?
