I think its normal. Every man is different. Its like womens breasts often being different sizes. There is no standard.
My bf penis has a bit of curve, that's because he push it downwards while wearing his underwear. Gradually, it will turn out to be curved. if it bends to the left or right, the cause depends on which hand he uses to masterbate.

A slight curve is fine, no more than 30 degrees from straight. anything more might be Peyronies, but i suggest waiting until he finishes puberty to worry about it.
