I have external hemorrhoids.I am using OTC's. They are working and I am feeling better now. I used to do weights. I have read that weight training will prevent healing of hemorrhoids. Can I do push-ups(as alternative to weight training) without aggravating the hemorrohoids?.
Answers:
wait for six months or it will re lapse with the pressure of weights
You should see a doctor. Some hemmorhoids (depending on severity) can require surgery to fix them. OTCs dont work that well, and your doctor will be able to prescribe medications that will work much better.
There's no reason to suffer with them if it can be fixed.
