Your body will produce sperm to replace the sperm that is expelled by masturbation and if you frequently ejaculate, your body will just continue to produce. You will become more efficient and producing sperm and staying fertile as long as your body needs to keep producing sperm. Just be sure to switch arms so you do not end up with one big arm and one scrawny arm. Other than that, don't fear, you are just keeping your equipment in good working order.
