If you have been getting enough sleep, this could be a sign of a medical condition. I would recommend seeing a doctor, and having them do a routine checkup/blood test.
If you know that this is caused by poor sleeping habits, you can reduce the swelling in your eyes by placing a cold eyemask on your eyes. Preperation H cream can also be used to reduce swelling, just be sure not to get too close to the eyes.
doesn't sound like you sleep well. ever been tested for sleep apnea? People who have it find out that they only sleep for a few minutes at a time, therefore, always tired and look like hell. you might not know if you have it. You should see a sleep therapist or doctor to see if there might be a medical problem there.

Put a fan in your room for the "white noise" it gives.

Try and get some help from a doctor, he/she may have some answers for you.
Putting ice under your eyes for about 5 minutes will help bring down swelling.
Try exercising, it gets your blood flowing and body parts moving. Causing you to not become tired at all.
First visit your doctor. Occasionally you can have a minor infection, and it only manifests itself through insomnia, or a feeling of tiredness.
Once physical symptoms are ruled out, put some hot water on a tea bag (or use one you already used to brew tea) wait until it cools and then put it over your eyes for 10 minutes. Tea has natural astrigent properties that will help tighten the skin under your eyes. You can also try a mentholated aloe vera gel to tighten the skin. There is little you can do about the color except use a pink highlighting pencil. Rub some of the pencil across your third finger (the "ring" finger) and dab your finger on the darkest area and blend lightly. Don't push or pull the skin because it could only make things worse - DAB. Like little pat-pat-pats.
you should call and ask your doctor or a pharmacists. And I suggest not to work too hard and take it easy.
You could be anaemic. Try SpaTone, a 100% natural iron supplement, diluted in fruit juice or water, in the UK you buy it over the counter at 'Boots'. Works for me. If problems persists please go to your health centre for a check up. Hope you feel better soon :)

does anyone in your family have trouble with their thyroid? you may want to have your family take you to the doctor and have blood drawn. thyroid problems can cause a lot of symptoms that are overlooked which include changes in personality and excessive tiredness. you are too young to be so tired! maybe you have low iron/anemia as well.
Talk to your doctor. Maybe even a dermatologist.

Buy Natural ayurvedic medicines or use cucumbers.
Bags under your eyes may indicate too much red meat in your diet as well as lack of sleep. If you're eating at Mickey D's etc. think more veggies for a while and see if that helps. Of course more sleep wouldn't hurt, but bags under your eyes are actually fatty deposits.

sometimes it can be caused from allergies so make sure to chck with your dr. also try to figure out why you aren't sleeping well. be sure to eliminate caffenine after 3 p.m. drinks and chocolate. make sure to use the bed for sleep only. good luck!
Drink a full glass of water before you go to bed, and buy some cucumber cooling gel. Swiss Eves makes a good one.
