Please help me!! How to Burn Chest?

I am not fat and I want to burn my chest because its looks big and I don’t like it at all what type of exercise should I do to burn my chest

Well there is a number of things you can do. For one you can do a simple bench press work out. Bench pressing can consist of regular, decline, and incline which all work seperate parts of your chest. If you dont want to do that you can always do a dumbell bench, which is almost the same work out your just using dumbells instead of a bar and weights. Then there is always "flys" Which is where you take dumbells and you hold them out to your sides and do your arms like butterfly wings. Those work really well. And last if you dont want to mess with all the weights and stuff you can always do push ups. There is a close hand push up, wide hand push up, diamond hand push up and a regular push up. All of those work different parts of your chest as well. Hope this helps.

You can build muscle in specific locations using appropriate exercises, but your metabolism takes fat from areas it determines when it needs more energy. There is no way to direct your body to burn fat from a specific area.

If you concentrate on a good diet to reduce weight, and chest exercises to define your muscles, you'll get the effect you want.
