I assume you're not talking about a major gash or else you'd be in the hospital getting stitches (if it is, I think you know what to do now). The first thing you need to do is stop masturbating. Clean the wound thoroughly and dry off thoroughly. Depending on the severity of the cut, you may want to apply a bandage. Superglue or those skin-glue treatments are OK for small cuts elsewhere on your body, but I don't know about on your penis. If you're brave enough to try, get an erection and close the (thoroughly cleaned) wound with superglue or skin glue. Otherwise, put on a few of those tiny bandaids. There isn't a whole lot you can do about a cut on the penis if it isn't severe enough for stitches. If you keep the wound clean and avoid masturbation, it should heal on its own. Just curious, how did you manage to cut it?
