Why does my penis smell no matter how hygenic I may be? How can we keep it smelling good the whole day?

Try washing with hydrogen peroxide. The handy release of oxygen when it contacts organics and or infection should kill those nasty bacteria causing the stink, and lighten up any hair you have on them too. I say that is a reason to be happy. So be happy and STINK NO MORE!
If you have a foreskin then this is normal because you will likely always have smegma (a buildup of dead skin cells, urine, and secretions from the glans penis) under your foreskin shortly after washing under it. The only way to keep your penis smelling sweet all day is to get a full circumcision.

How do you know it smells? Get the foreskin cut and you wont have to worry about the smegers anymore.
Wash your balls with soapy warm water when you shower.
You should just spend more time rolling back the foreskin and cleaning it more thoroughly. I am not an expert on this as I am circumcised and enjoy the fact that I am.

Second, let you pubic hair grow naturally or at most trim very slightly. It may seem illogical, but shaving your pubes is very UNhygienic. We are designed with hair there, and the bacteria that grow in a full bush are odor-destroying "friendly" bacteria. When you destroy the hair, air doesn't circulate well there, and fungus and odor-causing bacteria flourish, making you smell bad. Most men who shave thier pubes also stink, but they don't know it, as we generally don't smell our own body odor.
