I have recentley put on a lot of weight, and i need a work out plan help?

Im 6ft and weigh 15 and a bit stone, i can see my belly getting bigger, and my thighs have started to rub, I dont look fat, but I know I will be soon, please any work outs would be good.

Running is the best if you want to lose it. Swimming is fun and you can lose it quickly and at the same time makes you lean and toned.
Get rid of the excess weight and then do weight training to tone-up slightly, to keep that weight off. Eat healthy and less too!
1. Go for a half-hour walk every day; preferably to get somewhere you need to go anyway. And clap on the pace so that you start to sweat a bit after ten minutes or so.
2. Do 30 push-ups every day. Not all at once. Find out how many you can do without straining too much, and do enough sets to total 30 in the day. e.g. 3 when you first get up, 3 more after making your toilet, and eight other times in every day when you can do 3.

3. Don't just exercise. Cut out as much fattening food as possible: Pig out on fruit and vegetables (not fried) and cut down on other foods.
