All of the above. What's wrong with sleeping naked if you're more comfortable that way? If you're a teenager, you're entitled to your privacy and NO ONE should be walking in on you. It's not a "sin" to sleep naked, so there's no need to worry about being "caught" as though you were doing something wrong. If your family won't respect your privacy, get a latch for your bedroom door, even it it's just a hook-and-eye.

From my experience they sleep with their eyes closed but,there are exceptions to this.
well im a teen boy and i usually sleep with no shirt or pants just underwear or w.e but not naked becasue wat if somone in my family walks in or one of my sisters friends

Less is better. Ask your self these questions.Do you have a door in your room? Do you share a room? Do people knock before coming in? Do you get your self up for school? The answers will help you guide what to wear. At the very least you can wear boxers, so what happens if they see you in your boxers. Nothing is showing. Try naked once just too try it.

I never did PJs because they were extremely uncomfortable. I do boxers once in a while because I'm afraid of somebody walking in, and my covers fall off and I have morning wood or something... But naked is comfortable, and I do that.
