There was a documented case recently of an Indian man with two penises (please lose the childish words and use anatomical terms - makes life much easier for everyone).

This was an extremely rare occurance; although the genetic defect is not unusual, normally only one penis develops at puberty and the other is vestigial. In this case the man appeared to have two completely formed.

By goober, I guess you mean dick. In which case yes it is possible. There was a guy in india just this week who made the news as he is having surgery to get one removed.
first time i heard of goober. yes - it was just in the news - "weird news of course" but yep - this guy had one removed so he would be "normal"

If you mean two breasts, then yes it is possible. If you mean two penises, I'm not sure, but I guess so.
