What's the Best Way?
What would be the best way to like refresh your legs after working out and playing sports so that they will feel just like new the next day? because i play basketball 24/7 and i'm on my high school team and we condition and work out in the gym almost everyday, and i'm the kind of guy that dunks alot and can jump really high so i'm constantly jumping for rebounds and jumping alot because i can dunk really easy. Somebody told me to ice my legs every night but i wanted to see other opinions because i always sprain my ankles even if i have ankle braces and always prone to leg injuries so can i please have positive feedback

Please c a Dr of sports medicine, may b an orthopedition, chyropractioner, massage therapist etc. But my advise 2 u , during ur sleep, raise ur leg vt pillows n sleep. hoenstly speaking, drink some Ox Tail soup, n 'm 100% positive, dat u 'll b releived from ur sprain pain. U b a'rite
