Is there any special way (short of sending it to CSI) to tell if a stain is semen?

blacklight, plus.. when seamen dries in a plastic or rubber it will start looking browish redish. if it's on clothes or something it will be like a light mayonase or something, except a little krusty after dried

I was told once that semen will glow under a black light, but so will other things such as urine.
I can tell you this. Using a UV or blacklight after the stain dries, it will glow, just like on CSI. I found this out after experimenting in the bedroom with the blacklight with the wife during lovemaking.
