No they do not. What goes out when you masturbate is called semen, and it is the mix of many glands and sperm. the sperm it is produce in the testicles BUT it is stored in the epididymis, sperm it is only 5% of the semen(what comes out), and the sperm that ejaculates it is stored in the epididymis not in the testicles, that is why the testicles do not change size because of that. For the mix to be right you will need 3 days without ejaculating. If you masturbate many times in one day, every time you ejaculate would will have less semen, and the mix will be incorrect, that is why the semen will be less white and less thick.
