There could be inflammation in prostate or some other part. Take antiinflmmatory drug. But this should be prescribed by a doctor.Have patience. Devote time to serious business. Don't think too much about sex.If you are healthy everything will be OK.

It is unlikey you damaged yourself. Give it a rest for a day or two
if you can still achieve a normal errection your fine. There is a condition though that can happen in masturbation or sex that ruptures one of the chambers that fill with blood (how you get a hard on) if you cant get a normal errection. then see your doc asap.. it can be fixed but dont put it off
Maybe you did it very often and it hurts the muscle around. Try to relax for few days and do it again. Hope it works.
