i think my husband paid like 100 dollars but he has insurence if you have insurence they should cover half of it. Without i think its like 300 bucks but just call the doctor and ask.

Note: if you are married your wife will have to sign the papers too for the proceedure to be dont they will not touch you without her signature. the only way you can do it without your spouse is if your seprated or divorce or if you are just dating.

Most health insurance companies cover it, and the anesthesia too. I have BCBS and they paid for all, but $100. My husband and I were very happy. The anesthesia shouldn't cost too much since it is just a local.
