Aside from the obvious joke "a penis", it means that something is definitely wrong. You should not have pain.

If it's external pain, and you notice a rash, bumps, drainage, and/or redness, you could have an STD.

If it's internal pain, or in the scrotal area, it could be tumor, fracture (yes you can fracture your penis), infection such as epidymitis, or a number of other things.

Solution: visit a doctor. Please DON'T go the ER though, unless you absolutely must..it's something a family doctor can deal with..

Not necessarily. There could be a lot of things that would give you pain in your genital area. Have you engaged in "rough" sex. lately? That could. Or something as simple as having the flu. Sometimes tight pants that don't leave any "ball room" will hurt it. There's lots of reasons, BUT if you notice any different discharge from it, then YES go and get it checked. That or you notice some little bumps here and there on the penis shaft and down inside your uterer, then you could have a potentially devasting disease. Whether or not, you should still maintain regular ''STD" prevention, by wearing a condom, and leaving them girls alone!
This also depends on the location of the pain. Is it all over? Is it in one spot? Is it a burning pain, a shooting paim, a throbbing pain. Could you try to be a bit more specific, I could probably help you more..good luck and god less;.
