Are u sure its a zit? It maybe a wart or a herpe..To be save I would say no.It dont want to transmit anything if u do have something.Warts and herpes can heal then come back..Please get it checked out atleast for a piece of mind..
You got Herpes Dude, and even if it is healed, if there is any dead skin or flakes still, you can transmit it to another person, see a doctor right away, they can give you stuff to control it, in this day and age it is not a big deal, something like 30% of the population have it in one form or another, genital or facial.
Worst case scenario, you have an STD like herpes or genital warts and can definitely transmit it even after it completely heals. Best case scenario, you do have just a zit that can be caused by irritation or friction on your hair follicles or trapped dirt or skin cells in your oil glands.
Could be herpes, genital warts, or primary syphilis, none of which you want or will go away. Get your butt to a clinic or MD.
