Workout Plan?
I'm going back to school soon and I was wondering if there was a good website or something to help me plan a workout and some eating habits/make some sort of eating plan? I'm 6' 160Lbs, I want to gain about 10-15 Lbs. of muscle, suffice to say my new job as a bartender wouldn't hurt for me to make that gain.
Answers:
push ups, sit ups, and a LOT OF RUNNING. try to search on google for tips.
