what causes one's bloodpressure to get low?

I had a heart attach 6 years ago and had a stent put in.
I am not taking any blood pressure pills now and I am passing out because my pressure has dropped. My pressure 230 minutes after I passed out was 89/68

Maybe you just need to eat food with more protein in it and excercise more.

Whenever people get heart attacks it can throw your heart out of what is called " Normal Sinus Rhythm". It not only blocks your arteries but it also messed up "the Electrophysiology" part of you heart causing it's response time to be slower, dropping your heart rate and then you start to get dizzy or "syncope". Have a talk with your cardiologist, as there could also be a number of factors.
