men over 30 please answer this serious question?

what does it mean when a man can't feel ejaculation or his urine being released?

he is only 30,what could this be?
he has an appointment later this week,but I am scared and would like to know if anyone has been through something similar.

It could be prostate trouble but at 30 it may be just some inflammation causing loss of sensation
