how much tuna should i eat to provide me with enough working out proteins?

Answers:
Well, you should get about 50 grams of protein per day total, regardless of the source. Tuna could be a part of that 50 grams.

However, I would make a couple of suggestions: consider salmon (especially wild salmon) instead of tuna. Salmon has more of the healthy fats.

Also, choose fresh fish instead of canned fish. The canned fish usually has too much added salt and unhealthy oils. If you want to add oils to your fish, add extra virgin olive oil.
