Don't mess with it. You are probably talking about sebaceous prominence and it's normal and something that all men have to a greater or lesser degree. There is no treatment and you should leave them alone. You should visit the clinic if you have discharge from the end of your penis or experience pain passing urine.
If you notice new spots and/or a lump developing, or sore areas on you penis you should also visit a clinic. You can’t make Sebaceous Prominence disappear.

they are called skin tags.they are not contageous and the freeze them off.not a big thing..it is a common thing actually..3 in every 8 guys has them.
