And the man's penis can't get past a narrow opening between the upper end of the vagina and the uterus called a cervix, let alone enter the uterus, let alone get past the uterus and come anywhere near her intestines.
As long as the tip of the man's penis is anywhere inside the opening of the woman's vagina when he ejaculates (spurts out semen), the semen and the sperm cells swimming in it (they have tails and are good, strong swimmers) will find their way up her vagina, past the cervix, and into her uterus where the egg is waiting.

as for the size of a penis and the girl.. No, it would reach her intestines since the intestines are not located in the same area.. but a longer penis can go very deep and for a while feel uncomfortable or even hurt till the girl has had a chance to adjust to the size and depth of penetration... but in time the body adjust and it will be just fine.. Been there b4.. but then again if the guy is like 24 inches or longer the girl any girl may only be able to take so much and that is it.. I cant say have not had one that big b4.. :)
