why do men have nipples they dont breastfeed?

Basic biology. All babies start out with female attributes. Later in pregnancy, differentiation occurs. The would-be ovaries become testes, the external vagina become the scrotum (note the line down the middle guys - that would have been a vagina if you'd developed as a female) and the clitoris becomes the penis. The nipples stay nipples, and have many nerve endings making them sensitive like a woman's - just not functional for lactation. But a lot of fun during sex!

Technically, all fetuses start out as females in the womb, so they form nipples. During the gestation period, the fetus other has it's "balls drop" or sticks with ovaries, and the nipples stay either way.
In short, gender happens after nipples.
Believe it or not men could breastfeed if they had the correct horomones injected into their bodies. A woman who adopts a baby but has never been pregnant can "trick" her body into thinking she is pregnant by injecting horomones and can therefore eventually breastfeed her baby. A man can technically do the same thing.

the correct answer is we are belong to a class of "MAMMAL" thats why we have mammary gland, but for the men its not develop.
