had my prostate removed 10 years ago and I still can get it up when I have to. It all depends all the surgery and how many nerves are cut during the procedure. Surgery procedures for the removal of the prostate have improved so much over the past 10 years that you shouldn't have any problems afterwards. Just get rid of the cancer, like I did and enjoy your sex life.

Your surgeon must have damaged the system that allows you to get hard. I would go see a different doctor to get an opinion on whether that happened. If it did, you will need to consider an implant of a device to help you.
