First off.. you seem pretty light for your height... so you could do with some beef on those bones... A target of 6 months should show reasonable changes as it takes time to grow complex muxle groups. you could take an hour a day in the gym.. being say 3 days weight training/ week plus cardio on the other days.
Six pack? You need to stay lean.. so you need to build lean muscle mass without increasing body fat ... better make it a 12 month target. keep up a diet of complex carbs like fresh fruit, vegetables and high protein foods, like chicken (no skin). Don't eat processed food, don't eat packaged food, don't eat take away food, lay off the beer . and do weight training 3 days per week (I think rest days are important for muscle growth) and cardio plus abs (including lats) on each of the the intervening days...
It's a good idea to take one day off a week from time to time just to keep focus.
