Most men have small butts in comparing it to females. That is a good thing. You could firm it up, by squats or flexing., but (no pun intended) I am sure that your butt is just fine (not that I have seen it or that you have been showing it).
Accept yourself for who you are and stop worrying about your butt!

I tend to think it is just the way you are built. My husband has the same type of buttock and no matter what exercises he has done,what diet plans , his bum stays the same. You may as well accept you for who you are, small buttock and all.
Shai33 has got it right.. lunges, deadlifts, squats... for core, lower back, butt, thighs and calves.
You should take up cycle too. Matter of fact.. why not convert all that loose stuff around your middle into solid muscle. You can get into the gym, get yourself a personal trainer and load up those weights and you needn't worry about that buttock, it will be tight, like the rest of your muscles.
