Is there any way to find out if a man has had an intercourse before?
I have heard that there is some medical tests which show if a man has had an intercourse in his life.
it seems an unsafe intercourse (without condom) leaves a permanent effect on the skin of men's sexual organ that can be distinguished with medical tests.

Seriously, there is probably no way for any guy that has been circumcised; apparently some uncircumcised guys have tight foreskins, that tear or stretch but then again, if they masterbate you'd think that would happen then, not only upon entry into a vagina

An urban myth at best. Nothing of the sort. A permanent effect on the skin if the man's partner has got a disease which can pass thru sexual inercourse such as genital herpes or something. But if the partner is not diseased (the trick is how to know this unless you are in a completely trustworthy relationship) then there is no way. And btw, you can get a sexually transmitted disease even through oral sex, not necessarily intercourse.
Your best bet is to have protected sex, if you must have sex.
No there is absolutely no way to tell. Sex leaves no kind of mark on a mans penis. There are no medical tests.
