Alhough its highly unusual, I think it's really sweet that you, as a parent, is concerned about your son.
As for his penis, has he reached puberty yet? Chances are he has not judging by the size. But it will lengthen in due time. And it will continue to do so until his early 20's.
Also, tell him that size isn't really that important. So, reassure him that he is still a special young man who will grow up to be someone good.

i can understand how he feels. AGrowing up whith a small penis is some what emmbarisseng. he is still growing. Tell him he dosnt have to worry about it now. he will still grow. What si he planing for anyway?
