What is the best OTC for sinitus? I have it really bad.?

I have a bad case of sinitus and I have tried Tylenol and 4 way nose spray but have gotten no relief. What is the best over the counter drug for this?

Answers:
I don't know what kind of sinusitis you have. I usually have terribly blocked nose that gives me a headeache (usually in the eye and cheekbones area) for days on end. My eyes and cheeks will be kinda puffy too. I usually take danzen (anti-inflammatory), synflex (painkiller) and sudafed (decongestant).

Also note that most nose spray can sometimes worsen the condition if you use them too regularly or for a period of time. For me the only one that kinda work is Flixonase but even this I use it sparingly.

Try Sudafed PE has given me some relief
Claratin D should unclog you usually antibiotics are needed.
