what make a person so be stupid? he walks around with a big grin on his dumb face. does this make him happy?
is my boss smart enough to realize he a puppet to others? he won't make his own decision, instead 2 person lower in rank tell him what to do. what wrong this?

Maybe he has to make a effort to stay happy to keep from struggling with issues maybe you don't understand ,sometimes it is just as easy to smile as it is to frown ,and a lot more healthier in the long run !! don't worry be happy !
Seems like there is alot of that going around. I wonder sometimes if bosses watch a movie before they become the boss..shows them how to be stupid. I think sometimes bossess become bosses.because they are the ones who really don't know how to do the job.they are just the "yes" people..you know.it's not who you know.it's who you blow.
