what is a good Vitamin to give my husband. right now i have him on One A Day Men's Health.?

Well i give my husband One A Day Men's Health plus make him eat right. and exercise.. sometimes i give him some extra vitamins in his food.. fish oil garlic.. there are lost of good stuff. go to a gnc they have all kinds of stuff but i like a CVS pharmacy.
A really good daily vitamin is Centrum. They should have one for Men's Health, and depending on his age, they have Centrum Silver for people 50 and over.
Chemical vitamins are really not very "good" for you.There are no synthetic chemicals your body (or his) are lacking. Try a natural fruit and vegetable based supplement.

Forget the vitamins and give him regular tribulus terrestris capsules.
