My testicals hurt?
I haven't been hit or anything in that area. Sometimes when I smoke a cigarette the pain seems to intensify. I'm hoping that tomorrow when I wake up that I will feel fine. Do you know what this could be? Is this a sign that I need to have doctor check it?

If the pain doesnt subside within a week i would strongly recomend getting it checked out. U could have an infection goin or it Could just be blue balls and u need a little release. It hapens to me.

Yes you need to see a doctor asap so he can do a testicular exam. You should also do your own testicular exam, but the doctor will be able to diagnose you.Don't wait too long to see a doctor.it problem wont get better before it gets worse.
You could have twisted testicle cords. Smoking should have effect on this. If the problem has persisted for more than three days or if you have redness or swelling, I would recommend visiting a Dr. immediately!

MY FIRST SUGGESTION TO YOU IS TO QUIT SMOKING, SMOKING CAN AFFECT EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY IN DIFFERENT WAYS.
SECOND I WOULD GO SEE A DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, YOU COULD PROBABLY HAVE TESTICULAR CANCER WHICH IS NOTHING TO JOKE ABOUT.
