Well if you have the afliction you say you do and no hemorraids then operation is not warrented. Increaseing fiber and use tucks then a medicated power to keep dry is a good treatment. If there is more to it then the doctor you should not worry about.
You should also worry about the anethesiologist and the scrub tech and the surgical nurses. They may try and gang bang you. Seriously----you really have a problem. How many instances have you heard that gays were raping straight men? It is nearly always the other way around.
