HOw can I decrease the size of my bum (***)?

Hello!! :o) If you're overweight - you can try to lose some excess body fat. If you're NOT overweight - than there is really nothing you can do about the size of your 'bum'. You can firm up what you've got and make it LOOK a little better by doing exercises - but generally speaking - whatever 'bum' you've got - is the one you're stuck with. [And that applies to all of us] Craig!! :o)
squats or the ballet barre
Unless you are overweight in general, WHY would you want to make it smaller. Nobody likes a flat ***!

run daily for an hour a day hoping for 3 mins.

There is an exercise that worked with me.. try it
1. stand up straight, your hand on the hips
2. start with the right leg and go down like kneeling but do not touch the ground
3. do this with the other leg
try to start with 30 of these daily, increase the amount when you feel comfortable. The first few days will be a bit painful, but you will get used to this exercise and it actually works. do it daily though
