Protein Powder:
1. Whey can be hard to digest. But has more potential to build more muscle and mass than milk based proteins.
2. I have used milk based proteins for years. I have never had any problems.
3. Problems that have been recorded or fellow fitness instructors have related to me are:
a. Consuming too much protein at one time can cause kidney problems.
b. Too much has caused some people diarrhea.
4. I use and recommend a 88% milk based protein powder that taste good, easy digestable.
TOO MUCH IS HARMFUL. READ THE LABELS ON THE PRODUCT AND FOLLOW DOSAGE RECOMENDATIONS. HAVE TOO MUCH AND YOU'LL BE SQUIRTING IN THE TOILET.
