what can i do i have a slipped disc in my neck
been doctor give me pills but not working

Have you been recommended to a physio? I know I had physio for a slipped disc before now. If the pills aren't working go back to the docs. Pills are the first step and he might be able to suggest something else.

not much you can do just take painkillers and take it easy

Try an ice-pack under it for 5 mins at bedtime.
Carefull how you sleep surgery is the only answer and the best time to have surgery is the day before you are ready to do it yourself.
go to a specialist surgeon,get too see one asap!. you may have to have a m.r.i scan on neck too see what damage has been done to your nerves.
